Old Bay Shrimp Skewers

There's something fun about stabbing bits of meat with a wooden stick, baking it, and later ripping of said bits of meat off said wooden stick with your teeth in a barbaric fashion. Skewers are a fun and simple dinner to make, but they look fancy at the same time.

Ingredients for Shrimp Skewers:

2 lbs. shrimp

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Wooden Skewers

Preheat your oven to 350 F, and soak your skewers so they don't char in the oven. Then, stab your shrimps on the skewers, making sure that they aren't too crowded so they cook evenly. (Ignore that there's some pink parts on the shrimp, I had to microwave mine since I was a doofus and didn't give them enough time to defrost lol). Mix your olive oil with your spices, and brush that on your shrimp.

Bake for around 20 minutes. The shrimp should be bright pink and you should smell that sweet shrimp smell.
I served these with a broccoli recipe I found on this website: https://www.recipetineats.com/magic-broccoli/
